Ganges case.

Using Local Historical Sites in the Curriculum: Using local historical sites as their examples, Pat and Joyce will inspire participants to think creatively about ways they can use their own local and usually small historic sites as a valuable teaching resource.
presented by Pat Collins, Executive Director of the Butler County Historical Society (PA) and Joyce Schmidt, President of the West Jefferson Hills Historical Society.
Using Photo-Story, and other Software/Hardware in the Classroom: Adam will demonstrate how to incorporate technology into the curriculum.
presented by Adam Hadbavny, Social Studies teacher, Knoch High School
Blasting Through the Silence: The Allegheny Arsenal Explosion of 1862: In this interactive presentation, participants will learn about one of the great "unknown" tragedies of the Civil War.
